My path to becoming a life architect wasn't linear, and that's precisely what makes my approach unique. With a foundation in Media (Radio, TV and PR), I was always interested and remained curious about ways to grow and learn and that lead me to qualify as a yoga teacher in 2018. My journey through education and practical application has led me to develop something unique in personal development, a framework that transforms scientific understanding into simple real-world results. Its foundation in academic rigour and practical application sets my approach apart. Every element of our work together is actionable, providing you with clear, implementable steps forward, keeping you on track through systematic progress monitoring, using concrete, measurable data to track your transformation. My plans are actionable and sustainable, ensuring changes stick through measurable validated methods.

I discovered that lasting transformation requires more than motivation. It demands a structured blueprint, evidence-based strategies, and expert guidance. This realisation led me study and successfully complete a Masters in Leadership with a specific focus on Health and Wellbeing. Through years of research and practical application, I've refined a methodology that doesn't just create temporary change, it architects sustainable transformation across all life domains.
